This painting is part of my Yoga Series, which explores the intersection of movement, stillness, and spiritual awakening. I was inspired by my own experiences with sound healing and the way certain frequencies can shift our entire state of being—calming the mind, opening the heart, and reconnecting us to something larger than ourselves.

The elongated, graceful form and soft, flowing palette—gentle blues, warm golds, and luminous whites—evoke the sensation of being held in sound, cradled by vibration.
